The Calendar Year (CY) 2024 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule (MPFS) and the Outpatient Prospective Payment System (OPPS) Proposed Rules were just released. Please see the notice in the Federal Register below. Both rules will have a 60-day comment period, which will end on September 11, 2023. The final rules will be issued in early November.
