FY 2024 ICD-10-CM CODE FILES - UPDATE
It was recently brought to our attention that there were some inadvertent errors in the FY 2024 Code Tables, Tabular and Index files posted on June 16, 2023. Replacement files have been posted on our CMS web site in the Downloads section at: https://www.cms.gov/medicare/icd-10/2024-icd-10-cm.
These FY 2024 ICD-10-CM codes are to be used for discharges occurring from October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2024 and for patient encounters occurring from October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2024. Please disregard any files that were previously downloaded.
The FY 2024 ICD-10-CM Coding Guidelines, FY 2024 Conversion Table and FY 2024 Present on Admission (POA) Exempt Code List will be posted when available.
