A new brief, developed by the American Hospital Association's (AHA) Trustee Services and AHA’s Hospitals Against Violence teams, intends to raise awareness about violence as a public health issue and provides resources for hospital boards to work with hospital and health system leaders to build safer workplaces and communities.
